EEG Info, an industry-leading alternative health organization in the field of neurofeedback, is looking to fill a Sales Assistant position. We are a small, dedicated team who takes pride in making a dramatic difference in the lives of our clients across the country and around the world through a network of clinical offices we support. Ideal Candidate

- Customer service centric, consistently friendly and positive with a high level of patience

- Self-starter: a team player who can work independently and within a group
- Multi-lingual skills a plus
Duties and Responsibilities
- Concierge for membership - Premier membership especially
- Facilitate all member benefits from activation through ongoing membership support, usually via phone or email and occasionally in person
- Facilitate communication with the graphic designer for member benefits including website and graphics
- Organize proactive calendar reminders for text and blog updates
- Review and schedule the daily auto-generated chat broad email
- Facilitate and accelerate communication between the tech support department and premier members for fast-as-possible resolution with a human touch
- Coordinate non-profit member provider listing
- Tracking progress towards certification for members
- Membership sales and discuss the benefits of membership with prospects
- Billing calls to update member expired cards and payment information
- Serve as backup for Front Desk
Requirements
- Computer literate, comfortable with learning new software quickly
- Experience working with Excel, experience and/or interest in working with WordPress
- Customer service and previous clerical experience
- Good listening skills
- Positive, patient and friendly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask and learn new material quickly
- Ethical and honest, we built our success on long-term relationships, trust, and credibility
** This position is Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm.
