When Netflix Installation Fails - Advanced Steps

And you are still getting an error message when attempting to play a Netflix video in Cygnet, please try these advanced steps to resolve the problem:

Open the Firefox Profile Manager using the following steps

  1. If Firefox is open, close it.

  2. Press the Windows Key R on the keyboard. A Run dialog will open.

  3. In the Run dialog box, type in:
    firefox.exe -P
  4. Press Enter. The Firefox Profile Manager window should open: 
  5. Select the 9G319rL5Q117.somatic profile and click the Delete Profile option.
  6. Choose the Delete Files option in the next window: 
  7. Run the Firefox Setup again: https://somaticvision.com/Firefox
  8. Proceed through the Netflix setup instructions
